Melon of Burgundy
- White
- 75 cl
If it is indeed native to this region, it is now almost unknown in Burgundy. The "Melon de Bourgogne" is on the other hand widely cultivated in the west of the France, in a famous wine which is Muscadet. Proposed here by the Domaine des Malandes, it will of course be very suitable for oysters and shellfish. Also try on goat cheeses and with fish.
